Revlon has announced it will launch a prestige fragrance in summer 2006. Gemini Cosmetics will serve as Revlon’s exclusive domestic sales representative within the prestige channel and will provide additional related services in that channel. Gemini Cosmetics, formed by Neil Katz and Robert Rumsby in 2004, markets the Tommy Bahama Fragrance Collection for Men and Women.

“Gemini’s strong track record of success within the prestige landscape will be a tremendous asset to Revlon as we continue to develop and position our fragrance portfolio for future growth,” says Jack Stahl, Revlon president and chief executive.

The agreement with Gemini Cosmetics excludes Revlon’s mass fragrance offerings such as the Jean Nate and Charlie brands, which will continue to be managed in-house.
